As a Homeopath I can offer you the help you need please give details of your depression and your medical history.
Please put all details as to how and what you specifically feel and you can be treated and cured in a very short while !
And there are no consultation charges :-)
Take care and God Bless you

You are not going to get help online a doctor will not prescribe drugs without seeing you go to your family doctor and get him to recommedn someone in your town.

Sorry – you can’t get psychiatric help on-line. If you are in Palermo, get a boat to the mainland and head to either Naples or Rome.

Failing that, go and speak to your doctor. No reputable professional will consult on-line.

I don’t think "drug therapy" per se will get rid of your problems – particularly given that you have a history of substance abuse. It seems that you need some additional help…perhaps the depression and lack of sex drive may be attributed to other causes. Best to first rule-out physical causes (e.g. diabetes, thyroid, hepatitis, to mention a few). Are you getting exercise? Have you developed an amphetamine psychosis? Are you taking other substances (eg cannabis? – that causes depression)?

Have you thought about contacting a community support group, or telephone help? I’m sure there are plenty of resources in Italy.

Don’t waste your money on using such services via e-mails – you’ll get ripped-off. Your problem can only be handled by a properly qualified health professional, who can see you and make comprehensive diagnoses and treatment plans.

Surely there is a charitable organisation in Palermo that may be able to help.

    Good luck.

Don’t even tempt people to take advantage of you financially. You can get into discussion groups thru http://www.nami.com that will help put you in touch with others with your problems. Good luck.
