Can anyone help with acne skin problems?

It’s not massively greasy, and that’s not a worry either way, but I get a LOT of spots, I guess it classes as adult acne. I get huge spots that erupt on my forehead and chin along with medium spots, tiny, rash like spots and the ubiquitous blackheads. This doesn’t happen at any particular time of the month/when I’m stressed etc, it just happens all the time! I spend a fortune on skincare and nothing, thus far, has helped. I’m getting to the end of my tether and am thinking of trying light laser therapy to get rid! So my question is, has anyone found a miracle cure/something that’s worked very well for them; or have you had laser therapy and can comment on the effectiveness of that?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
