Summary: I am suffering from depression, anxiety, insomnia. I shake all day and feel like death. Here is my plan, it’s natural, based on my research, will it work? If you have experience and notice anything I can add, or take off, please let me know.
Diet:
1. eat fresh raw foods, fruits vegtables, spirulina etc
2. No coffee, green tea instead
3. 64 ounces water daily, no sodas sugary drinks etc.
4. Flax seed oil (omega) high dose
5. Mutiple vitamins
Excersise 30-45 minutes daily, alternate weights, brisk walking.
2-15 minute SAD light therapy sessions.
SAM-e suppliment in place of medications, taken once daily in morning empty stomach.
Use rescue remedy and Kava for anxiety as needed until symptoms subside.
The way I see it, I’m hitting it from all angles naturally. Anything anyone can add, tips advise, etc?
If this does not work within 2-3 weeks, I guess it’s psycho therapy and prescriptions drugs, or death. I feel that bad. Thanks, Kate

Has anyone tried this? I have done a bunch of research and it seems legit for SAD, Insomnia, Circadian Rhythm Disorders, etc. According to an ‘assessment’ I have a delayed circadian rhythm.. no SAD or anything like that that I know of. It also says it may help with depression, moods, energy, etc.
Has anyone tried this and have positive results? It costs almost 0 so it isn’t cheap but well worth it if it does all it says. I was looking at Apollo Health devices.
I tried self hypnosis and valerian, melatonin, etc but I need to really fix the problem, not just mask it.
Thanks!

My shrink realized that my depression seems to be much worse in the winter than at other times, and said I might benefit from light therapy. So my family ordered me one of the special lamps for my birthday and it just arrived today.
I was wondering if anybody had personal experience using light therapy to treat depression, seasonal affective disorder, or insomnia. Did you like it? Did it work for you?
