I believe I have intermittent exotropia.

My fiancee, parents, and friends have noticed it before and when they say something about it I can correct it. However, latley I can feel it and it tends to be happening alot more frequently. I looked it up online at the symptoms and my eye does drift outwards, I close that eye when exposed to bright lights, and I have been having difficulty reading and experiencing headaches more frequently and my eyes get strained easily.
I was just wondering if anyone knows what treatment options there are. I see that vision therapy is a popular one but I was wondering if I would be able to get glasses as well to assist me with reading (as I am a university student). I dont know if glasses will help me focus on reading or not. I realize that this will not treat it but would like to know if it would help with reading.
