How to remove scars from cutting?

All I want more than anything is to get rid of them. I don’t care how expensive it is because having them is emotionally damaging. I’ve heard of something call light therapy or something that doctors do. Also laser or skin grafting? I’m already using all the creams and stuff, but I want them gone ASAP. Please help if you can, thanks!
