Other than that, I'm very pleased with the box. I like that you can set the timer option for 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes and not have to be watching a clock. This model also has a negative ion feature; I don't really know much about that, but I figured it couldn't hurt. I do find it relaxing to sit by the light each morning. Review by B. I wasn't convinced when I bought the lamp that light therapy would actually counter my winter depression, but I'm a believer now. This lamp has certainly worked well for me.
