I shake all day and feel like death. Here is my plan, it’s natural, based on my research, will it work? If you have experience and notice anything I can add, or take off, please let me know.
Diet:
1. eat fresh raw foods, fruits vegtables, spirulina etc
2. No coffee, green tea instead
3. 64 ounces water daily, no sodas sugary drinks etc.
4. Flax seed oil (omega) high dose
5. Mutiple vitamins
Excersise 30-45 minutes daily, alternate weights, brisk walking.
2-15 minute SAD light therapy sessions.
SAM-e suppliment in place of medications, taken once daily in morning empty stomach.
Use rescue remedy and Kava for anxiety as needed until symptoms subside.
The way I see it, I’m hitting it from all angles naturally. Anything anyone can add, tips advise, etc?
If this does not work within 2-3 weeks, I guess it’s psycho therapy and prescriptions drugs, or death. I feel that bad. Thanks, Kate
