Light Therapy for Insomnia?

I have done a bunch of research and it seems legit for SAD, Insomnia, Circadian Rhythm Disorders, etc. According to an ‘assessment’ I have a delayed circadian rhythm.. no SAD or anything like that that I know of. It also says it may help with depression, moods, energy, etc.
Has anyone tried this and have positive results? It costs almost 0 so it isn’t cheap but well worth it if it does all it says. I was looking at Apollo Health devices.
I tried self hypnosis and valerian, melatonin, etc but I need to really fix the problem, not just mask it.
Thanks!
