I’m not a hippie or vegan or spiritual at all. I eat meat, I drink and I occasionally smoke, but I always believed that the atmosphere you’re surrounded by has a lot to do with your mood and just your attitude about things(life) in general. A few months ago my brother got one of those Light Therapy alarm clocks because he had trouble getting up early for work, same as me, always wanting to sleep in and never in a good mood in the morning. Well after about a week of using it, he started raving about it. Said he didn’t know exactly why, but there was something about that light that just made him feel good, gave him energy and made him want to get up and start the day. So, I tried it for a few days and felt the same thing. However, with those alarm clock bluwave light therapy systems, you only get the light for a half hour and then it shuts off, and it doesn’t completely encompass the room, and not to mention that I can’t afford $200 for an alarm clock. So I looked online and found these indoor sunshine bulbs and read about them a little bit, and they seemed to utilize the same technology and have the same results, and for only $13/bulb and being 150w equivalent, I figured it was worth the risk. Let me tell ya….do not waste your money on some big fancy $300 light therapy lamp or whatever, because for under a $100 you can equip your house with these indoor sunshine bulbs that are exactly the same thing!!!!!! THEY ARE AMAZING. I cannot tell you what a pleasure it is to sit in your living room engulfed by this energetic and uplifting light. Not only does it completely change your mood, but it lights everything up perfectly. You will see your room clearer than ever before. It sounds stupid, but sometimes I look forward to coming home just so I can turn on the lights. Anyways, long story short, I highly recommend these bulbs.
