Does Light Relief work?

I’m talking about the device that uses light therapy to improve circulation and relieve joint pain, arthritis, etc.

Does it work for headaches, too?

It looks like another far infared spectrum device. If they are designed properly, they do yield good results, but most on the market are of poor quality. From everything I read there, I’m of the opinion Light Relief looks like yet another poor quality far red infrared device.

The best tried and true remedy for what you want is a chemical called DMSO. If you apply it to the skin, it will get rid of the inflammation and rebuild the damaged joints (and elimate the pain). There’s a book I just finished called DMSO, nature’s healer. If you’re more interested in this approach read it, that book will explain what to do quite well.
*interestingly, in the formula the light relief people were selling, DMSO’s breakdown product was in it (MSM).

Hope that helps, feel free to ask me if you have any other questions.
