		<description>Here in the Seattle area, it&#039;s often grey and overcast, and lots of people use light therapy.  The University of Washington did some work on this (and I believe the research is on-going), which strongly recommends the use of full-spectrum lighting.  UWs research did not indicate any health problems of which I&#039;m aware.  

As to insurance, I think it would be best to contact your insurance company to find out what your particular policy covers.</description>

		<description>Yes, I used the lights when I lived in Alaska.
The light therapy in combination with getting back on a normal sleep cycle (was sleeping way too much), exercising and eating well had me back to myself in about a month.
It&#039;s worth a try.
